Samadhan Guide — Privacy policy

We collect your guide recipient name, optional family name, deity, concern category and description, language, delivery email, optional WhatsApp number, order details, payment status and technical storefront data. Your concern and deity choice may reveal sensitive information. Give only brief necessary context; do not submit identity documents, bank details, medical records or another adult’s information without permission.

We use information to personalise and deliver your guide and purchased updates, process orders, support you, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. AI generation, storage and email services may process the information needed for these purposes, including your name, deity, language and concern. Shopify and payment providers handle checkout and payment data. Providers may process data outside India.

Shopify may process storefront activity for its enhanced features across merchants under its own privacy policy. Shopify privacy requests can be made at Shopify’s privacy portal. Essential cookies support the store; analytics or advertising cookies apply when enabled, with consent where required. Use available privacy and browser controls.

We do not sell your concern or contact details or publish your guide or review without permission. Order and purchased-update emails are service communications. Promotional messages require a separate opt-in or other lawful basis and an unsubscribe option. Giving a WhatsApp number alone is not marketing consent.

We retain information only for reasonable service, access, dispute and legal needs, restrict access, and delete or anonymise it when no longer needed where feasible. No system guarantees absolute security. You may request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent where applicable; legal records may need to be retained and deletion may affect fulfilment. Adults must place orders concerning children and avoid identifying or sensitive details about a child.

गोपनीयता नीति — हिन्दी

नाम, वैकल्पिक पारिवारिक नाम, इष्टदेव, चिंता का विषय और संक्षिप्त विवरण, भाषा, ईमेल, वैकल्पिक WhatsApp, ऑर्डर और तकनीकी जानकारी लेते हैं। चिंता संवेदनशील हो सकती है; केवल ज़रूरी संदर्भ दें। पहचान दस्तावेज़, बैंक विवरण, मेडिकल रिपोर्ट या बिना अनुमति दूसरों की जानकारी न दें।

गाइड बनाने, भेजने, खरीदे हुए अपडेट, सहायता, सुरक्षा और कानूनी ज़रूरतों के लिए जानकारी उपयोग होती है। AI, स्टोरेज और ईमेल सेवाएं नाम, इष्टदेव, भाषा और चिंता जैसी ज़रूरी जानकारी संसाधित कर सकती हैं। Shopify और भुगतान सेवा चेकआउट संभालती हैं। कुछ सेवाएं भारत से बाहर जानकारी संसाधित कर सकती हैं। Shopify अपनी गोपनीयता नीति के अनुसार सक्रिय उन्नत सुविधाओं के लिए स्टोर गतिविधि संसाधित कर सकता है।

निजी चिंता या संपर्क नहीं बेचते और अनुमति के बिना गाइड या रिव्यू प्रकाशित नहीं करते। ज़रूरी कुकी स्टोर चलाती हैं; सक्रिय विश्लेषण या विज्ञापन पर जहां आवश्यक हो सहमति लागू है। प्रचार के लिए अलग सहमति या वैध आधार और सदस्यता हटाने का विकल्प रहता है। WhatsApp नंबर देना प्रचार की सहमति नहीं है।

जानकारी केवल उचित सेवा, पहुंच, विवाद और कानूनी ज़रूरत तक रखते हैं। लागू होने पर जानकारी देखने, सुधारने, मिटाने या सहमति वापस लेने का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं। कानूनी रिकॉर्ड रखना पड़ सकता है; ज़रूरी जानकारी हटाने से सेवा प्रभावित हो सकती है। पूरी सुरक्षा की गारंटी नहीं है। बच्चों के ऑर्डर वयस्क करें और संवेदनशील जानकारी न दें।
