Samadhan Guide — Refund & Cancellation Policy
Contact support@samadhanguide.online with your order number. This is a personalized digital product; no physical return is needed. You may request cancellation before generation begins. Once generation has begun, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable, but your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Duplicate payments, non-delivery, incorrect or defective files will be reviewed for a corrected file or appropriate refund. Please report issues preferably within 7 days; this does not limit legal rights. Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days to the original payment method; bank processing may take longer.
