Terms of service

Last updated: 3 October 2026

Using Samadhan Guide

These terms apply to purchases and use of Samadhan Guide at samadhanguide.online. Read the pack description, delivery policy, refund policy and privacy policy before ordering. Place an order only if you are legally able to enter a contract; an adult must purchase on behalf of a child.

What you purchase

A personalised digital devotional guide based on the details you provide. Pack contents, price and any taxes are shown before payment. Higher packs include the preceding pack’s contents. Audio, trackers, cards, festival packs and editable templates are included only in packs that list them. No physical item is shipped. Third-party editing platforms may require their own account and have their own terms or paid features; their subscriptions are not included unless stated.

Personalisation and AI

You are responsible for supplying accurate details and permission to use another person’s information. AI helps generate the guide. Text may need correction; report errors to support. The service is devotional guidance, not a diagnosis, prediction, professional consultation or promise that a problem will be solved.

Payments, delivery and cancellations

Prices are in INR unless checkout states otherwise. Crossed-out comparison prices indicate stated reference values and the current launch offer; they do not mean a product was previously sold at that price. The final payable amount is displayed at checkout. Delivery and remedies are governed by our digital delivery policy and refund policy.

Personal and family use

You may use your guide and included assets personally and within your family, including a genuine gift. Do not resell, mass-distribute, impersonate the brand or publish private download links. Editable templates can be personalised for permitted use, subject to any third-party asset licences. Public-domain devotional text remains public domain.

Family Vault updates

The Family Vault includes new festival packs published as updates for that purchased pack at no additional charge. Release dates and content may vary; there is no promise of a fixed number of new releases each month. Keep your order details to request access or change your delivery email. Updates do not require opting into unrelated promotional emails.

Responsible use

Do not submit unlawful, abusive or infringing content, malware, sensitive identity documents, or information you lack permission to share. Do not delay medical treatment, professional advice or emergency help because of devotional content. Stop any practice that causes distress or discomfort.

Your rights and changes

Nothing here excludes statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update terms for future purchases; changes do not remove what you already purchased or your existing rights. Applicable law determines available remedies and the appropriate forum.

Contact

For order support, refunds, privacy requests or complaints, write to support@samadhanguide.online. Include your order number and order email when relevant. Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment card details or identity documents.
