Digital delivery policy

Email delivery only

This is a digital product. We deliver a personalised PDF and the bonuses included in your chosen pack by email or private access links. There is no courier, physical parcel or shipping fee.

Delivery timing

Once sales are open, the standard delivery window is within 24 hours after successful payment and receipt of complete, valid personalisation details, unless a different window is clearly shown before purchase. A payment confirmation is not the personalised guide. Generation, file preparation or an email-service interruption may cause a delay; contact us when the stated window is missed.

Correct email and access

Enter an email you can access. For gifts, use the recipient’s email with permission or your own email. Check Spam and Promotions before contacting support. A PDF reader or modern browser is sufficient for the guide. Editing bonus templates may require Canva or CapCut and the access described for that pack.

Missing, broken or delayed delivery

Contact support with your order number. We will check payment and delivery, correct an email after verifying the order, restore a broken link or resend the files where appropriate. If we cannot deliver what you purchased, our refund policy applies. Do not place a second order solely because the first email is missing.

Private links and future updates

Keep download links private and save a copy of your guide. If a link expires, request restored access using the original order details. New Family Vault festival updates are delivered or made available when released. These are digital updates, not physical shipments.

For order support, refunds, privacy requests or complaints, write to support@samadhanguide.online. Include your order number and order email when relevant. Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment card details or identity documents.
